Operating Instruction

Method of use and quantitative method:
1. Insert the bottle needles and the vent needle into the medicine bottle respectively.
2. Connect the catheter to the injector connector 7 visa the bottle needles , first screw the scale adjustment screw 15 to the position of 1ml. Pull the wrench 17, after the liquid is sprayed, adjust the scale adjustment screw 15 to the position of the required dose (the scale is aligned with the bottom plane of the locating nut 14) tighten the lock nut 19 near the locating nut 14
3. Repeat injection several times until you get a vaccine, then put on the injection needle to use
4. The dose adjustment range is 0 -2ml

Method Of Disinfection

1. After the injector is used up, remove the handle 18 in a counterclockwise direction.
2. Put the removed parts (except handle18) in boil water for 10 minutes.
3. Reinstall the parts and handles and punch the water in the injector.

Maintenance

1. When not in use, thoroughly clean the parts (with distilled water or boil water) to avoid residual liquid.
2. Apply the silicone oil or paraffin oil to the release valves 4, 6 and the “O” ring 8. Use a clean cloth to Dry the parts and install them, store them in a dry place.

Precautions

1. When the injector is placed for a long time, there may be no drug absorption. This is not a quality problem of the injector, but it is caused by liquid residue after adjustment or trial, causing the suction valve 6 to adhere to the connector 7. Simply push the suction valve 6 through the small hole in the joint 7 with a needle. If the drug is still not taken, the release valve 4 may be stuck to the main body 5. The lock lever 1 can be removed; the release valve 4 can be separated from the main body 5, and then reassembled.
2. Every part must be tightened when cleaning or replacing parts to prevent leakage.
