The syringe is an all-stainless steel fixed-dose syringe with precise and reliable doses designed for poultry. It can also be used for injections of other small animals. All parts of the syringe are made of high quality materials, oil and corrosion resistant. The piston can slide freely in the metal sleeve. It is equipped with 6 doses of piston. 0.15cc,0.2cc,0.25cc,0.5cc,0.6cc,0.75cc. All accessories can be autoclaved at 125 ° C.

Before Using

1. It is recommended to disinfect the syringe before each use.
2. Make sure all threads are tightened.
3. Ensure valve, spring and washer are properly positioned.

Setting The Dose

1. Ready round needle.
2. Hold the steel sleeve with your fingers and rotate to open it.
3. Press the piston, push the piston to the top, and insert the round needle into the hole of the piston.
4. Holding the piston and unscrewing it, replace the required dose piston.
5. Gently tighten the new piston with a round needle.
6. Remove the round needle from the piston.
7. Drop a drop of castor oil on the O-ring of the piston. (This is very important, otherwise it will affect the use of the syringe and shorten the service life)
8. Tighten the steel sleeve.
Prepare to take the vaccine:
1. Insert the long needle into the vaccine bottle via the rubber stopper of the vaccine bottle, making sure to insert the long needle into the bottom of the vaccine bottle.
2. Connect the long needle to one end of the plastic tube, and the other end of the plastic tube to connect the plastic tube interface of the syringe.
3. Continuously twitch the syringe until the vaccine is drawn into the syringe.
Recommendation: insert a small needle on the vaccine stopper to deflate gas.
Maintenance after using:
1. After each use of the syringe, put the syringe to wash 6-10 times in clean water for remove residual material from the chicken body, needle and straw. (be careful to avoid being pierced by the needle)
2. Open the steel sleeve for cleaning all accessories.
3. Open the needle connector and the plastic tube connector and clean with clean water.
